Played on Nov 1. Course was in good shape considering they just came off overseeding on Oct 20. Rough was reasonable and the greens were in pretty good shape. Cart path golf so play was a little slow but I finished in about 4 1/2 hours. We had to wait on just about every tee but not long. First time that I have played this course but I’ve played the Mountain course several times and enjoyed it so I thought I’d try it out. This one more straight forward. Not much shade around the course so playing on “cooler” days is advised. Typical Pete Dye layout with raised greens and valleys off of the fairways. More water than I expected for a “Dunes” course. Overall an enjoyable round.
