Played the Blues (6386/70.7/124) in 3.5H in sunny, WINDY conditions. Matched up with Mark, on vacation from Long Island.

The Bermuda tees were lush and maintained long. All but the par 3’s were in nice shape.  The Bermuda fairways were lush and played well. They are also maintained long, which makes the course play longer because of the lack of roll.  The Bermuda rough was generally lush and just long enough to grab your club. The rough around the greens is very lush.  The greens putted well. Smooth for Bermuda, firm & medium speed. The firmness needs to be taken into account on pitches/chips and longer irons. No severe slopes or tiers, I see the lines well on these greens.  The sand traps were decent. Well maintained with medium texture brown sand.

The carts are equipped with good GPS. This would be a challenging course to walk because numerous tees are a long way from the last green because the course is split up between three different residential complexes. The customer service was excellent from everyone encountered.

Fairly wide open layout with a good mixture of holes. Very good condition for late summer. Good course, fun to play. Recommended.
