Golfing Yogi and the Mountain Pose

Steve the Golfing Yogi

This pose is Tadasana or Mountain Pose.

This will start our warm up series of poses that is called Sun Salutation A.  My main focus here is to root my feet into the mat while lifting the arches.  Notice my kneecaps lifting to engage my quadriceps. My sternum lifts while my front ribs soften in. My collarbones are wide and shoulders away from my ears.
