Golfing Yogi and the Parivrtta Utkatasana or Twisting Chair Pose
EXHALE as you twist. The Parivrtta Utkatasana or Twisting Chair Pose helps promote a better core turn with your golf swing.

EXHALING I twist.  This pose is great for golf. I am strengthening my legs and twisting. I could add a balance challenge by lifting one foot up.  My knees are just about even. This is good because this enables my hips to be even maximizing the beneficial effects for my spine and internal organs.
