The Setu Bandha Sarvangasana or Bridge Pose
A great back bend you will do in many yoga classes. This is Setu Bandha Sarvangasana or Bridge Pose. Once again my knees should be no wider than my hips. Rooting down more with my feet enables my hips to lift more deepening the posture.
Same Bridge Pose but with the variation on robot arms for those who can’t clasp hands behind their back.
