This is Urdhva Dhanurasana. This is an intermediate to advanced back bend requiring a consistent yoga practice for many months or years. However, same principles apply..knees and elbows don’t splay, chest reaches forward to where I am looking, and the bend takes place mostly in the mid or thoracic part of my spine.
