Played today with an Underpar special with free replay. First time playing here especially being an 1.5 hour drive from Orange County. Unfortunately we only played one round as the course was booked solid, however good 4 hour Pace of Play (POP.) The course greens were in very nice conditions, however they plan on aerating the greens next week.

For a resort course I expected better conditions, maybe i am spoiled visiting the resort courses in Palm Springs. Some of the tee boxes were bare and uneven. The fairways were nice and some were over-seeded. I just don’t care playing on Kikuyu grass as the ball does not roll and your clubs seem to grab the turf more. Some holes were challenging, especially the 18th hole.

The staff is great and friendly. Worth visiting in the future.
