Early morning round on a cool winter morning, but at least there was not the gusty winds which were present yesterday. Check in as always was fast and efficient, staff is friendly and very accommodating. Taking advantage of the great senior rate makes this course one of better deals in Orange County.

Conditions are pretty much what I expected, and not a lot to add to the prior two reviews, except I found the greens a little quicker than I had anticipated. The usual “bare” areas which are becoming common to conserve water, but they really do not affect play. (Or shouldn’t) Both bunkers I found were well raked and although they had sand, they were a bit firm.

Lots of fun holes on this course. Interesting, enough of a challenge to keep your interest without causing too much stress. (Providing you can keep your tee shots straight) The only hole on this course I really do not care for is #17. Other than being long and uphill, there is not much to like about it. Maybe because of those reasons and the fact I always seem to boogie it, just not a fan of the hole.
